In a recent Sunday Mail magazine review the Weber Barbecue has reigned supreme. I've been using one for the last 3 years, so its old news to me. Whether you choose old-fashioned charcoal or if you're gas inclined, Weber rocks!
 The Q220 is my weapon of choice - gas fuelled and very versatile. Its all aluminium fretwork makes it virtually impervious to the weather and the design sets it apart from its rivals.
But is the cooking any good? Well the answer is 'yes'! We barbecue throughout the year trying all manner of recipes. From Jamaican Jerk chicken to a very decent Rib-eye steak rubbed with olive oil, salt and pepper and a sprig of Rosemary. This is the true joy of the barbie - charred meat! The crunch of the outer layer revealing the red bloody meat beneath. You dont get that fierce heat from a frying pan. Vegetarians - you don't know what you're missing!
The best of the Weber selections at the moment are really dependent on your skills as a master griller. Gas is obviously the easiest to control, allowing you to adjust your heat accordingly. Charcoal is the purists choice, the trick here is to be able to cook all your meats without turning everything into the product your'e cooking with. Good luck!

 One-Touch Silver - Weber's most popular grill. Huge grilling space and can be used as a smoker. The original and still one of the best.
