Why would a restaurant chain make you want to eat there again and again? Well, in the case of Loch Fyne Restaurants they have made you want to do just that!Well kept, attractive properties with pleasant helpful staff is standard throughout. Also their promise of using fresh seasonal seafood coupled with its sustainability make them a change from the normal food chains.
I have dined at their Cowbridge Restaurant on a number of occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed everything I've eaten. From fresh Loch Fyne Oysters (when in season) to succulent Dover Sole I've never been disappointed.
A reasonable wine list and staff who are genuinely friendly and seem to enjoy working there. Coupled with the fact that Padraig Jones is at the helm (formerly of Les Gallois) it makes for a very pleasant evening. If you would like a dining option that wont break the bank, give it a try. Even if it's just for the oysters!
