The lamb is from the Monmouthshire lowlands. Fed on lush spring Their pork products are from pigs that are allowed to roam freely through woodlands, foraging naturally. Landrace and Duroc breeds are used which are bred for their flavour and tenderness. Perfect for the barbecue the range includes, chops, ribs and sausages. The joints are amazing, producing a fabulous crackling that would do any Sunday Lunch justice. If you are looking for the more exotic, game perhaps? Then look no further. Supplied fresh when in season (October to January) or blast frozen for the rest of the year. The choice is remarkable, rabbit, venison and the wild birds, pheasant and pigeon. All are brought to you at the peak of their flavours, delicious.
I cannot recommend Douglas Willis highly enough; in fact I have shifted my loyalty from other producers. Fantastic stuff that doesn’t disappoint, try them and tell me I’m wrong!
